One of Brisbane’s most anticipated restaurant openings of 2025 will debut this week, with Stilts Dining opening February 20 atop the Brisbane City Council’s new Kangaroo Point Bridge.
The modern Australian venue by Tassis Group will make history as Queensland’s first restaurant on a bridge, offering world-class dining and a new vantage point to experience Brisbane City.

Tassis Group is gearing up for the launch of its new casual riverside dining hotspot, Mulga Bill’s Kitchen & Bar, opening at the foot of the Kangaroo Point Bridge on February 14.
Located at the Landing Plaza – where the Kangaroo Point Bridge meets the entry of the Brisbane City Botanic Gardens (Alice Street) – the venue will offer a casual riverside retreat for cyclists, commuters and casual visitors alike to park up, unwind, and soak in the beauty of Brisbane City.
